摘 要:针对多金属矿大直径深孔采场爆破振动对井巷工程影响大、爆破大块率高等技术难题,采用C.W.Livingston爆破漏斗理论,开展了单孔系列爆破漏斗试验,通过爆破漏斗体积、爆破半径与药包埋深关系曲线图,获得了爆破漏斗的药包最佳埋深。基于变孔距多孔同段爆破漏斗试验,确定了炮孔的最佳孔距,进而提出了大直径深孔采矿凿岩爆破设计参数为:φ165 mm炮孔、孔距(2.6~3.2) m、排距(2.6~2.8) m、分层崩矿高度2.6 m;炸药单耗q值为(0.46~0.51) kg/t。现场爆破效果良好,爆破块度均匀,贫化率为6.48%、损失率为8.14%。The blasting vibration of large diameter long-hole drilling of Jinchanghe polymetallic ore has big effect to sinking and driving engineering, it has high blasting boulder yield and the other difficulties, therefore, the C.W.Livingston blasting funnel theory was adopted to do the series blasting funnel test of single hole, through the relation curves of blasting funnel area, blasting radius and explosive packs burial depth, the optimal burial depth of explosive packs is obtained. Based on the variable hole distance porous blasting funnel test at the same segment, the optimal hole distance of blast holes were confirmed, then the design parameters for large diameter deep hole mining rock drilling blasting was presented: φ165 mm blast hole, hole distance(2.6~3.2) m, row spacing(2.6~2.8) m, the height of stratified collapse is 2.6 m, the explosive material unit consumption(q value) is(0.46~0.51) kg/t. On-site blasting effects were good, the blasting blockness is uniform, the dilution rate is 6.48%, the loss ratio is 8.14%.
