摘  要:以陕西某氧化锌矿为研究对象,原矿中有价元素锌含量为18.10%,主要以碳酸盐及硅酸盐形态存在,分布率分别为55.46%和43.09%。采用“浮选-重选”的联合工艺流程,浮选中矿用重选选别,应用新型捕收剂KM-8,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm为75%,抑制剂六偏磷酸钠用量100 g/t,硫化钠用量8 000 g/t,KM-8用量600g/t的条件下,最终获得了混合精矿锌品位和回收率分别为32.95%和88.03%的良好指标。实现了氧化锌矿不加温不脱泥浮选获得良好分选指标的目标,为该矿的高效利用研究提供技术参考。One zinc oxide ore in Shannxi province is taken as the study object, the valuable element zinc content in raw ore is18.10%, it is mainly existed in form of carbonate and silicate, the distribution ratio separately is 55.46% and 43.09%. The joint process flow " flotation-gravity separation " was adopted, in flotation process, ore gravity separation shall be adopted, application of new type collecting agent KM-8, when grinding fineness is-0.074 mm, the proportion is 75%, the dosage of inhibitor depressor sodium hexametaphosphate is 100 g/t, the dosage of sodium sulphide is 8 000 g/t, the dosage of KM-8 is 600 g/t, we can get good indicators that zinc grade and recovery rate of mixed concentrate separately is 32.95% and 88.03%. The good separation indicators of zinc oxide ore were obtained by flotation without heating and desliming, therefore, the technical reference can be provided for efficient utilization of the ore.
