摘  要:针对铜阳极泥冶炼副产品粗硒渣提纯精硒扩大化试验中出现的问题进行改进和优化,解决了扩大化试验中存在的过滤慢、温度控制等问题,有效稳定了精硒产品的回收率和品位。试验结果表明精硒中的硒品位达到99.67%,硒的平均直收率为69.69%,硒的回收率为98.61%。Crude selenium residue is the by-product of copper anode slime smelting, for the problems occurred in pilot studies of pure selenium purification, we improved and optimized the purification process conditions, resolved the problems of filtration,temperature control in the pilot studies, the recovery rate and grade of pure selenium product is effectively stabilized. Tests results show,the average selenium content in pure selenium can reach to 99.67%, the average direct recovery rate of selenium is 69.69%, the average recovery rate of selenium can reach to 98.61%.
