摘  要:采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法分析纯铝中的砷,以硝酸、氢氟酸溶为解样品,在选定的实验条件下,回收率在95.0%~102.0%之间,相对标准偏差在5%以内。方法具有操作简单、快速、基体干扰小、灵敏度高和重现性好的优点,可测定纯铝中0.000 0X%~0.00X%范围内的砷,能用于纯铝中微量和痕量砷的检测。Arsenic in pure aluminum was measured by atomic fluorescence spectrometry, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid was adopted to dissolve sample, under the selected experiment conditions, the recovery rate is in the range of 95.0% ~102.0%, the relative standard deviation is within 5%. The method has the following advantages that simple, fast, small matrix interference, high sensitivity and good reproducibility, it can measure arsenic in pure aluminum in the range of 0.000 0x% ~0.00x%, it can be used in determination of trace arsenic in pure aluminum.
