摘  要:针对“高焦比、低煤比”的技术和成本问题,通过对制粉磨机实施改造、入炉煤粉细度攻关、煤粉结构调整优化、稳定入炉焦炭质量、逐步优化高炉操作参数等措施,焦比降低≤370 kg/t,煤比提升≥155 kg/t上,综合燃料成本同比降低41元/t。One iron-making plant of one Company has the " high coke proportion, low coal proportion " technology and cost problem, therefore, improvements of mill, technological breakthrough of feeding coal powder fineness, adjustment and optimization of pulverized coal structure, stabilization of feeding coke quality, optimization of operation parameters of blast furnace step by step and the other measures were carried out;the coke proportion was decreased below 370 kg/t, the coal proportion was increased more than 155 kg/t,the comprehensive fuel cost were ¥41 Yuan/t lower than they had been a year earlier.
