摘  要:针对有底柱分段空场法在回采过程中底部结构电耗道出矿受采场地质因素及爆破等原因影响,存在大块率高、出矿受限、生产效率低的问题,在保证矿山安全生产的前提下,采取对有底柱分段空场法电耙底部结构桃型矿柱进行扩刷漏斗改造等措施并形成无轨铲运机出矿,采矿台班出矿量由原来的150 t/台班提高至280 t/台班,采场整体回采工期由2.31 a缩短至1.33 a。The bottom scraper channel for ore extraction in process of extraction of sublevel caving with sill pillar, which is influenced by stope geological factors, blasting and the other reasons, the problems that high bulk percentage, restricted ore production,low production efficiency were existed, on the premise of ensuring mine safety, the improvement of scouring funnel on peach-shaped ore column of scraper bottom structure of sublevel caving with sill pillar were adopted, therefore the trackless scraper ore extraction were established, the extracted ore tonnage of mining bench shift was increased from 150 t/bench shift to 280 t/bench shift, the overall mining period of mining area was decreased from 2.31 years to 1.33 years.
