摘  要:在全球限制、控制全球温室气体排放量和我国实现“双碳”目标背景下,我国对清洁型能源尤其是核能的需求逐渐加大。亚洲是世界重要天然铀生产区,及时了解掌握有关国家铀资源勘查开发动态和核能发展战略,可为我国实施天然铀海外开发和供给提供重要的决策参考。文章在搜集检索和跟踪最新资讯基础之上,对亚洲有关国家铀资源分布格局及经济性、勘查开发动态和核能发展战略等各类数据信息进行了系统深入分析后,认为亚洲铀资源禀赋良好,天然铀生产具有强劲竞争力,在全球中占据重要战略地位。目前,亚洲主要铀资源国家在资源勘查开发政策和核能发展中也出现了一些有利于合作的开发动态,可作为我国未来核电发展所需铀资源的重要国家。Under the global constrain of green gas release and requirement of the two carbon, China’s demand for clean energy is growing, and nuclear energy is indispensable. Asia is an important natural uranium producing region in the world, so it can provide support for China to ensure long-term natural uranium supply by grasping the development trends of uranium resources and nuclear energy development strategies of Asian counters in real time. This paper made an in-depth system analysis of economy and distribution pattern,exploration and development trend of uranium resource, and nuclear energy development strategy, on the basis of investigating authoritative websites and reports and the news in real time of Asia. The result showed that Asia was well endowed with uranium resources and competitive in natural uranium production which would provide resource support for the future development of nuclear power. The major uranium resource countries in Asia have sent out positive signals in policies of uranium exploration and development and nuclear energy development, which is conducive to the possibility of China seeking cooperative projects.
