摘  要:聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)由于综合性能优异,广泛用于食品包装和餐具领域,但其热稳定性能较差,在加工和使用过程中易发生热降解使性能劣化。因此,采用助剂来提高PBS的热稳定性能。通过差示扫描量热法、热失重分析、拉伸性能、熔体流动速率、热变形温度评估了不同助剂体系对PBS热稳定性能的影响。结果表明:不同助剂体系的添加均可提升PBS的热稳定性,使得PBS初始分解温度提高了3.2~15.2℃;另一方面,与复配助剂相比较,单一助剂更显著降低PBS的流动性,熔体流动速率下降了58.9%,达到3.41 g/10min,使PBS的拉伸强度、热变形温度和断裂伸长率分别提高了15.0%、12.5%和48.4%,达到39.1 MPa、90.2℃和360%,改性后的PBS同时具有良好的刚性、韧性和耐热性。Because of the excellent comprehensive properties of bio-based poly(butylene succinate)(PBS),it is widely used in food packaging and tableware.However,due to its poor thermal stability,it tends to thermally degrade during processing and use.Therefore,it is necessary to add auxiliaries to improve the thermal stability of PBS.The effects of different auxiliaries on the thermal stability of PBS were evaluated by differential scanning calorimeter calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),tensile properties,melt flow rate and heat deformation temperature.The results showed that the addition of different auxiliaries could improve the thermal stability of PBS,and the initial decomposition temperature of PBS increased by 3.2℃to 15.2℃;On the other hand,compared with the compound auxiliaries,one single additive significantly reduced the melt flow rate of PBS.The melt flow rate decreased to 3.41 g/10 min that decreased by 58.9%,and the tensile strength,heat deformation temperature and elongation at break of PBS increased to 39.1 MPa,90.2℃and 360%that represent 15.0%,12.5%and 48.4%increase.The modified PBS has excellent rigidity,toughness and heat resistance at the same time.
