摘  要:针对高分子材料与工程专业产教融合中出现的一些积弊已久的问题,指出产教融合对产(企业)与教(高校)两端的利弊不一致是其主要根源,并结合本专业在近年来的一些实践与探索,从教和产两端分别采取措施:协调共同需求、畅通沟通渠道、健全激励机制,通过满足产教两端共同驱动力,才能从根本上实现产教融合长效机制的落实,从而为本专业的高端工程人才培养提供扎实的基础。In view of some long-standing problems in the integration of industry and education in the field of polymer materials and engineering, we pointed out that the inconsistency between the advantages and disadvantages of industry and education integration on both sides of industry(enterprises) and education(universities) is its main source. Combined with some practice and exploration of our specialty in recent years, some measures are taken from both sides of universities and industry, including: coordinating common needs, unblocking communication channels, perfecting incentive mechanism, and meeting the common interests of both sides of industry and education. Thus the long-term mechanism of industry education integration can be fundamentally realized, and which would help to provide a solid foundation for the cultivation of high-level engineering talents in this major.
