摘 要:近年来,天然聚合物水凝胶发展迅速,充分展现了其作为药物输送系统的应用前景。多糖是一类多功能的大分子,参与许多对生命至关重要的生物相互作用,由于其良好的生物相容性,生物降解性,来源广泛和材料成本低等特性,在药物输送、伤口愈合等领域有较好的应用前景,成为制备载药水凝胶的良好材料。本文综述了纤维素、壳聚糖、透明质酸和海藻酸钠四种多糖聚合物作为载药水凝胶的应用进展,并讨论了该领域存在的问题和未来的发展方向。In recent years,natural polymer hydrogels have developed rapidly and have fully demonstrated their potential applications as drug delivery systems.Polysaccharide is a kind of multifunctional macromolecules,which is involved in many biological interactions that are vital to life.Due to their advantages like biocompatibility,biodegradability,wide source and low material cost,polysaccharides have good application prospect in drug delivery,wound healing and some other fields,and they are ideal materials for the preparation of drug loaded hydrogels.In this paper,the application progress of cellulose,chitosan,hyaluronic acid and sodium alginate as drug loaded hydrogel carriers was reviewed.The existing problems and future development directions in this field were also discussed.
