摘　　要：阐述虚拟现实技术的来源,从护理理论教育、护理技能培训、临床护理方面综述虚拟现实技术在国内外护理领域的应用研究进展。指出国内应用较晚且存在一些不足,今后可以结合科技发展进一步明确虚拟现实技术适用的人群和范围,开展多学科、多团队的协作模式,加强合作研究,提高护理人员科学化管理水平。This article expounds the sources of virtual reality technology,and reviews the application research progress of virtual reality technology in the field of nursing in China and abroad from the aspects of nursing theory education,nursing skills training and clinical nursing.It is pointed out that the application is late and there are some shortcomings in China.In the future,it can be combined with the development of science and technology to further clarify the population and scope of virtual reality technology,carry out multi-disciplinary and multi-team collaboration mode,strengthen cooperative research,and improve the scientific management level of nursing staff.
