摘 要:格库铁路是我国西部地区一条重要的路网性干线铁路,横贯柴达木、塔里木两大盆地,翻越阿尔金山,地形高差巨大,线路最大坡度的选择是该项目设计的重点和难点。结合格库铁路沿线地形地质条件、运输组织、牵引质量、机车选型和综合经济性分析,对最大坡度进行多方案比选研究,提出在地形高差大的艰险山区,适当提高线路最大坡度,采用16‰最大坡度,通过充分发挥大功率机车的牵引力优势,优化铁路移动设备与固定设施合理匹配,可有效降低工程建设投资和节省运营成本,实现项目综合经济效益最优的目的;提出在坡度方案比选中采用单位坡度线路长度缩短率、单位坡度桥隧缩短率及单位坡度经济性等系列概念,可将最大坡度变化引起的线路长度、桥隧长度及工程造价变化程度大小予以准确量化,将通常笼统的、概略性的评判精准化。Golmud-Korla Railway is an important trunk railway of network significance in Western China. It runs through qaidam basin and Tarim Basin and crosses the Altun Mountain with huge terrain elevation difference. This paper focuses on the selection of the maximum gradient of the railway and the difficulties in the project design. Combined with topographic and geological conditions along the line, transportation organization, traction quality, locomotive selection and comprehensive economic analysis, multi-scheme research is conducted on the maximum gradient, and the maximum gradient of 16‰ is recommended. It is proved that the project investment and operation cost can be reduced, and the comprehensive economic optimization of the project can be realized by giving full play to the traction advantage of high-power locomotive, appropriately increasing the maximum gradient of the line and optimizing the reasonable matching of railway mobile equipment and engineering facilities in the steep mountainous area with a wide range of elevations. A series of concepts such as RL(Rate of length reduction by gradient), Rbt(Rate of bridges and tunnels reduction by gradient) and RC(Rate of cost reduction by gradient) are proposed in the study of maximum gradient scheme, so as to accurately quantify the line length, bridge and tunnel length and project cost caused by the change of maximum gradient, make precise the general or sketchy judgment.
