摘  要:既有双块式无砟轨道结构在以货为主的客货共线铁路上存在扣件、轨枕安全储备不足、道床开裂严重等问题,尚未推广应用。针对上述问题,对采用WJ-12型扣件、配套无挡肩双块式轨枕的无砟轨道进行结构优化,并将隧道地段基础不均匀沉降作为偶然荷载纳入作用效应组合,基于数值模拟和极限状态法对道床板配筋进行重新设计。结果表明:为便于养护维修、增强轨道绝缘性能,满足钢筋保护层厚度,隧道地段轨道结构高度建议调整为545 mm;为减少施工流程,提高无砟轨道施工及运营质量,建议双块式轨枕取消穿筋孔设置;与高速铁路双块式无砟轨道通用参考图对比,建议客货共线双块式无砟轨道距隧道洞口小于200 m范围加强横向配筋,大于200 m范围加强纵向配筋。Due to some problems, such as insufficient safety reserves of fasteners and sleepers, serious cracking of track bed, the existing double block ballastless track structure has not been applied extensively on the mixed passenger and freight railway dominated by freight. In view of such problems, the structure of ballastless track with the WJ-12 fasteners and double block sleepers without shoulder is optimized, the uneven settlement of foundation in tunnel section is included as an accidental load in the action effect combination, and the reinforcement of track bed plate is redesigned based on the numerical simulation and limit state method. The results show that: in order to facilitate maintenance, enhance track insulation and meet the thickness of reinforcement protective layer, it is recommended to adjust the height of track structure in tunnel section to 545 mm;to reduce the construction process and improve the construction and operation quality of ballastless track, it is recommended to cancel the setting of reinforcement holes in the double block sleepers;compared with the general reference drawing of double block ballastless track of the high-speed railway, it is suggested to strengthen the transverse reinforcement within 200 m from the tunnel portal and to strengthen the longitudinal reinforcement over 200 m away from the tunnel portal of the double block ballastless track of the mixed passenger and freight railway.
