摘 要:依托杭绍台铁路项目,介绍超载预压沉降量化计算与设计方法在解决高铁路基工程沉降观测期不足问题中的系统应用,基于现场沉降观测数据和分析,全部沉降观测期不足的路基工点如期通过了两次工后沉降评估和顺利开展后续工序施工。工程实践表明:相比于传统二次地基加固技术,全新的超载预压补强计算与设计技术可经济高效地控制地基工后沉降,进而克服工程建设剩余预压或静置期不足的困境;地基沉降发生发展的固结理论计算与实际情况基本保持一致,在此基础上有助于提前预判超载补强方案如期推进实施的可靠性。此外,还指出今后项目应用中在沉降时间量化计算、沉降观测与评估质量把控以及周边环境管控等方面需要重视的事项。Relying on the Hangzhou Shaoxing Taizhou Railway project, this paper introduces the systematic application of the quantitative calculation and design method of surcharge preloading in solving the problem of insufficient settlement observation period of high-speed railway subgrade project. Based on the field settlement observation data and analysis, all subgrade construction sites with insufficient settlement observation period have passed the post construction settlement evaluation twice as scheduled and subsequent process works have been carried out successfully, The engineering practices show that compared with the traditional secondary foundation reinforcement technology, the new reinforcement calculation and design technology of surcharge preloading can economically and efficiently control the post-construction settlement of the foundation, and overcome the dilemma of insufficient residual preloading or resting period of engineering construction;the consolidation theoretical calculation of the occurrence and development of foundation settlement is basically consistent with the actual situation, which is helpful to predict in advance the reliability of the timely implementation of the overload reinforcement scheme. In addition, the paper also points out the matters requiring attention in the quantitative calculation of settlement time, the quality control of settlement observation and the evaluation and surrounding environment control in future projects.
