摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,冠心病的发病率显著上升,如何早期及时地诊断冠心病显得尤为重要。ST/HR斜率法是在运动试验的基础上发展而来的一种无创的新方法,可有效、便捷地诊断冠心病,其敏感性和特异性均明显优于传统运动试验的ST段压低标准,尤其对于中青年人的筛查具有重要的临床应用价值。现对ST/HR斜率法在冠心病诊断方面的应用进行阐述。With the rapid development of the social economy,the incidence rate of coronary artery disease has increased significantly.In particularly,it is important to diagnose coronary artery disease early and timely.The ST segment/heart rate(ST/HR)slope,a noninvasive and novel method,is developed on the basis of exercise testing,which provides a more effective and convenient way for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.Its diagnostic sensitivity and specificity are significantly better than the traditional ST depression of exercise testing.Especially,it has important clinical application value for the screening of young and middle-aged people.So this review aims to illustrate ST/HR slope in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
