摘　　要：心力衰竭是由于各种心血管疾病引起一系列病理生理的改变,造成心脏的收缩和舒张功能障碍并引起心脏泵血功能受损所导致的临床综合征。心力衰竭发生时,人体各个器官的血流量降低导致呼吸困难、出汗、咳嗽、头晕、乏力、烦躁等症状,给患者带来了极大的痛苦和负担。心房利尿钠肽(ANP)是一种心脏激素,可通过利尿利钠调节水盐平衡。ANP在心力衰竭的治疗中具有独特性,可从多方面缓解心力衰竭。因此,此文对ANP进行了系统概括,并阐述了ANP在心力衰竭中发挥的作用及ANP相关药物在心力衰竭治疗中的临床应用情况。希望可通过此文提升人们对ANP和心力衰竭的认识,并为临床治疗心力衰竭提供一定的借鉴意义。A series of pathophysiological changes caused by various cardiovascular diseases lead to cardiac systolic and diastolic dysfunction and impaired cardiac pumping function.The clinical syndrome is called heart failure.When heart failure occurs,the decrease of blood flow in various organs of the human body leads to dyspnea,sweating,cough,dizziness,irritability and other symptoms,which bring great pain and burden to patients.The atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)is a cardiac hormone that can regulate water-salt balance through diuretic sodium.The ANP is unique in the treatment of heart failure,which can alleviate heart failure in many ways.Therefore,this paper systematically summarizes ANP and expounds on the role of ANP in heart failure and the clinical application of ANP-related drugs in the treatment of heart failure.It is hoped that this article can improve people’s understanding of ANP and heart failure,and provide some reference for clinical treatment of heart failure.
