摘  要:以某厂480 t/h循环流化床锅炉为例,列举了该锅炉运行中出现的问题,其中包括飞灰及底渣含碳量较高、燃煤粒度控制不合理、锅炉特征量监测不可靠、滚筒冷渣器排渣困难等,结合实际运行参数,提出了合理调整锅炉一、二次配风,合理配比入炉燃煤粒径,加强锅炉特征量测点维护工作,燃烧优化调整等相关措施,使锅炉能够长期安全、稳定、经济运行,为同类型锅炉节能降耗减排工作提供了有效参考。The 480t/h circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler in a plant is taken as an example and the problems in the operation of the boiler are listed,including high carbon content of fly ash and bottom slag,unreasonable control of coal particle size,unreliable quantity monitoring of boiler characteristics,discharge difficulty of drum slag cooler,and so on. Based on actual operating parameters,relevant measures are put forward,such as reasonable adjustment of the boiler’s primary and secondary air distribution,reasonable proportion of coal particle size,reinforcement of the maintenance of the boiler’s characteristic measurement points,optimization and adjustment of combustion,etc.,so that the boiler can be in safe,stable and economic operation for a long time,which provides effective reference for energy-saving and emission-reduction of the same type of boiler.
