摘 要:为了改善高原燃气锅炉运行时出现的出力不足与热效率下降等问题,本文采用数值模拟方法研究了高原条件下风机选型对燃气锅炉炉内燃烧状况的影响,进一步结合热力计算方法开展炉膛结构优化方法研究。结果表明:风机压头与流量不变时,炉膛前中部平均温度随海拔升高逐渐降低,而炉膛后部平均温度随海拔升高先升高后降低。风机修正后,高原地区供氧质量与平原地区一致,炉内平均温度随海拔升高而增加;相同海拔条件下,风机修正后的炉内平均温度高于风机不变时。“瘦长型”锅炉的NOx排放略高于原锅炉,但炉内温度水平与原锅炉较为接近。综合来看,“瘦长型”锅炉的高原运行性能优于原锅炉与“粗短型”锅炉,对高原燃气锅炉炉膛结构优化时可以选择该种炉型作为炉型优化方向之一。To improve the problems of insufficient output and decreasing thermal efficiency for plateau gas-fired boilers,the combustion condition was studied by numerical simulation method under different altitudes,and the furnace structure optimization was further carried out by thermal calculation and numerical simulation.The results show that:when the fan pressure and flow are constant,the average temperature of the front and middle part of the lanky furnace gradually decreases with increasing altitude,but the average temperature of the rear of the furnace increases first and then decreases with increasing altitude.When the fan is corrected,the oxygen quality keeps the same with high altitude,the average temperature in the furnace increases with increasing altitude;Under the same altitude,the average temperature of the fan correction in the furnace after is higher than the uncorrected fan.The NOxemission of the lanky boiler is slightly higher than the original boiler,but the temperature level in the furnace is relatively close to the original boiler.And the operating performance of the lanky boiler is better than the original boiler and stubby boiler.
