摘  要:针对煤化工传统背压机运行灵活性、经济性和节能效果不理想;燃煤机组流行的供热改造方案局限性,深入研究了汽轮机冷端优化、不同相对体积流量时转速与效率的原理,燃煤机组传热不可逆损失理论,结合实例和参考文献,提出了0.15 MPa、0.1 MPa和0.05 MPa超低背压烟气-蒸汽回热系统、三轴(高、中、低压缸)变速发电技术和系统集成的循序渐进的创新方案;利用吸收式热泵和混流式换热技术高效回收低品位乏汽和低温烟气余热。使煤化工燃煤机组热效率提高到81.27%以上;煤化工燃料煤(动力煤)消耗降低10%~40%,燃料煤更多的向化工原料煤转化;供电成本降低10%~30%,为富煤区做强现代煤化工提供了低成本、灵活运行的低碳发电和局域网方案;为其它能源化工、燃煤电厂提供了低碳发电的新思路。展望了光伏电解水制氧与富氧燃烧结合的煤化工IGCC多联产碳中和方案。In view of the operation flexibility,economy and energy saving effect of traditional coal chemical back press are not ideal,In view Limitations of the popular heating renovation schemes for coal-fired generating units,The cold end optimization of steam turbine are studied of turbine,the principle of rotation rate and efficiency at different relative volume flow,Theory heat transfer of irreversible loss in coal-fired generating units,In combination with the examples and references,Proposed the 0.15 MPa,0.1 MPa and 0.05 MPa ultra-low back pressure flue gas-steam recovery system,three-axis(high,medium,low pressure cylinder)variable speed power generation technology and system integration step by step innovation scheme;Using absorption heat pump and mixed flow heat exchange technology to efficiently recover low grade spent steam and low temperature flue gas waste heat technology.The thermal efficiency of power plant over 81.27%;fuel coal(power coal)consumption reduce 10%~40%,Part fuel coal to chemical raw material transformation,power supply cost by 10%~30%,The provide low-cost power and Low-carbon power generation and LAN solutions of modern coal chemical industry,and provide new ideas for other energy chemicals and coal-fired power plants of Low-carbon power generation.The IGCC Joint products carbon neutralization scheme of coal chemical industry combining photovoltaic electrolysis water oxygen production and oxygen-rich combustion is discussed.
