摘 要:为快速准确测量不规则形状的绿色叶片面积,测试一种基于数码图片的叶片面积测量方法,并采用IDL语言开发面积测量应用软件。首先在A4白纸打印制作带有方形红色标尺的拍摄背景板,测量标尺长宽计算标尺实际面积,将需测量面积的叶片放置在背景板上,使用数码相机拍摄叶片与标尺的合影图片,利用图像处理软件获取图片的红(R)绿(G)蓝(B)色值,根据RGB色值设置判断条件R>50且R/G>2.0为红色标尺,G/B>1.05为绿色叶片,逐个识别图片像素并统计绿色叶片和红色标尺的像素个数,通过叶片与标尺的比例关系计算得到叶片的真实面积。分别采用华为V8手机和佳能550D相机对20张叶片进行拍摄及面积测量,与坐标纸手绘叶片轮廓获取的真实叶片面积进行比对分析,V8手机测量绝对误差平均为-1.08 cm2,相对误差平均为-2.22%,T检验结果值为0.88;550D相机测量绝对误差平均为0.94 cm2,相对误差平均为1.77%,T检验结果值为0.90。两个相机的测量结果误差均较小,估测面积与实测面积不存在显著差异,采用该方法进行绿色叶片面积测量切实可行且成本低精度高。In order to quickly and accurately measured the green leaf area with irregular shape,a method based on digital photo was tested,the area measurement application software with IDL language was developed.Firstly,printed and made the background plate with square red ruler on A4 white paper,measured the length and width of the ruler,then calculated the actual area of the ruler,placed the leaf on the background plate,took a group photo of the leaf and the ruler with digital camera,obtained the red(R)green(G)blue(B)color value of the image with the image processing software,set the judgment conditions according to the RGB color value,R>50 and R/G>2.0 were the red ruler,G/B>1.05 were the green leaf.Identified the pixels of green leaf and red ruler in the image one by one,counted the number of pixels,and calculated the real area of leaf through the proportional relationship between leaf and ruler.Huawei V8 mobile phone and Canon 550D camera were used to photograph and measure the area of 20 leaves respectively.Compared with the real area obtained by hand drawing the leaf contour on coordinate paper,the average absolute error of V8 mobile phone was-1.07 cm2,the average relative error was-2.22%,and the T-test result value was 0.88.The average absolute error of 550D camera was 0.94 cm2 and the average relative error was 1.77%.The result of t-test was 0.90.Overall,the measurement error of the two cameras was small,there was no significant difference between the estimated area and the actual area,this method was feasible,low cost and high precision for green leaf area measurement.
