民族地区乡村牧区产业生态化实践路径探析

摘　　要：民族地区乡村牧区产业生态化在全面建设社会主义现代化国家进程中意义重大,不仅是国家安全屏障建设的内在要求,同时也是人民美好生活的应有之义和实施乡村振兴的必然选择。当前民族地区乡村牧区产业生态化面临多重困境,产业结构基础薄弱、生态化意识不强,产业要素流动受限、生态化动力不足,产业链条延伸不足、生态化效益不高。新时代对民族地区乡村牧区产业生态化提出了新的要求,必须以农民富裕为目标,把生态化与现代化协调推进,并能够充分发挥乡村牧区多元功能。在发展实践中要增强产业生态化意识、优化乡村牧区产业空间布局,加大服务资金人才调配力度、增强产业生态化动力,建设生态化全产业链、提高乡村牧区产业生态化效益。The industrial ecology of rural pastoral areas in ethnic regions is of great significance in the process of comprehensive modernization.It is not only the inherent requirement of national security barrier construction,but also the proper meaning of people’s good life and the inevitable choice of implenting rural revitalization.At present,the industrial ecologicalization of rural pastoral areas in ethnic regions is facing multiple difficulties,such as weak foundation,weak ecological consciousness,limited flow of factors,insufficient ecological power,insufficient extension of industrial chain and low ecological benefits.The new era has put forward new requirements for the industrial ecology of rural pastoral areas in ethnic regions.It is necessary to take the prosperity of farmers as the goal,coordinate the ecologicalization and modernization,and give full play to the multiple functions of rural areas.In the practice of development,we should enhance the awareness of industrial ecologicalization,optimize the layout of industrial space in rural pastoral areas,increase the allocation and adjustment of service funds and personnel,enhance the power of industrial ecologicalization,construct the ecologicalization of the whale induslry and increuse the berefits of industrial ecology in rural pastoral areas.
