摘 要:提切剂是控制无固相修井液流变性能的关键处理剂。常规的修井液用增黏提切剂在高密度无固相修井液中使用效果不佳,为此,通过混合金属氧化物水化聚合一种提切剂ZN-AD,将ZNAD用于HWJZ-1高密度无固相修井液,对其提切性能进行评价,并在四川河嘉203井进行应用。结果表明:ZN-AD具有良好的提切效果,能增加高密度无固相修井液黏度及动切力,具有优良的抗温抗盐性能及高温稳定性。以ZN-AD为提切剂配制增黏型HWJZ-1高密度无固相修井液,现场应用表明,该修井液可有效携带井底岩屑,保证顺利施工。Lifting agent is the key agent to control the rheological property of workover fluid without solid phase.Conventional viscosity-increasing and shear-lifting agents for workover fluids are not effective in highdensity solid-free workover fluids.Therefore,slitting agent ZN-AD was synthesized by hydration polymerization of mixed metal oxides.ZN-AD was applied to HWJZ-1 high density solid-free workover fluid.The performance of lifting agent was evaluated,and it had been applied in Hejia 203 well of Sichuan.Results showed that ZN-AD had good lifting and cutting effect,could increase the viscosity and dynamic shear force of high density solid-free workover fluid,and had excellent temperature and salt resistance and high temperature stability.The viscosity-increasing HWJZ-1 high density solid-free workover fluid was prepared with ZN-AD as lifting and cutting agent.Field application showed that the workover fluid could effectively carry cuttings at the bottom of the well and ensure smooth operation.
