摘　　要：双离合变速箱油对湿式双离合变速箱的工作效率以及自身使用寿命影响较大。通过对相关材料进行分析,优选CTL(100N)基础油、VISCOPLEX12-075黏度指数改进剂、VISCOPLEX3-350(PMA)降凝剂、HITEC3460双离合变速箱油复合剂和二硫化钼摩擦改进剂,研制出一款新型双离合变速箱油。经检验,新型双离合变速箱油具有良好的低温流动性能、适宜的黏度与抗磨性能,既能提高变速箱的工作效率,又能对齿轮起到一定的保护作用,同时对铜、铁等金属的腐蚀性小,能够保证双离合变速器变速箱油与变速箱的使用寿命。Dual-clutch transmission oil has a greater impact on the working efficiency of the wet dual-clutch transmission and its own service life.In this paper,through the analysis of various related materials,CTL(100N)base oil,VISCOPLEX12-075 viscosity index improver,VISCOPLEX3-350(PMA)depressant,HITEC3460 dual-clutch transmission oil compound agent,molybdenum disulfide friction improver were preferred,and a new dual-clutch transmission oil was developed.After testing,the oil pour point of DCT transmission was-54°C,which ensured that good low temperature fluidity,suitable viscosity and anti-wear performance of oil,and improved the efficiency of the gearbox while ensuring the protective effect of the oil on the gear.The corrosion of copper,iron and other metals was small,ensuring the service life of DCT transmission oil and transmission.
