摘　　要：目的通过构建医院药学教学案例资源库指标体系,为案例资源库建设提供统一标准。方法于2021年6月1日-2021年8月31日,采用德尔菲法和层次分析法,对某院药学教学领域专家和一线带教教师21人进行问卷调查,有3位专家权威系数<0.7,排除后最终保留专家18人。结果3轮调查回收率均为100%,权威系数≥0.7,专家的调查结果可信。各级指标协调系数在0.5~0.7之间,提示专家协调性高。经3轮问卷调查,入选一级指标8项、二级指标55项,计算各项指标的权重,一级指标相对权重较高的有医院药学基本技能,相对权重0.22;药事管理相对权重0.13;临床相关技能相对权重0.13;药学人员执业道德建设相对权重0.13。结论构建了医院药学教学案例资源库指标体系,可为医院药师的培养提供完整、统一、科学的案例资源库建设标准。Objectives The index system of hospital pharmacy teaching case resource database was established to provide a universal standard for the construction of case resource database.Method This project was conducted from June 1st to August 31st of 2021.The Delphi and analytic hierarchy process were used to conduct three rounds of questionnaire surveys among 21 experts and front-line teachers from tertiary public hospitals.Results The recovery rate of the three rounds of investigation was 100%,with good enthusiasm of experts.Three experts whose degree of authority was less than 0.7 percent were excluded.But the survey results of the remaining experts were reliable.The Kendall’s W at all levels was between 0.5 and 0.7,indicating high coordination among experts.After three rounds of questionnaire survey,8 first-level indicators and 55 second-level indicators were selected,and the weight of each indicator was calculated.Conclusions The index system of hospital pharmacy teaching case database was constructed,which could provide a complete,unified and scientific case database standard for the cultivation of hospital pharmacists.
