摘　　要：给出了基于“工业互联网+危化安全生产及管理”的安全风险管控平台设计的基本原则与要求、平台的架构与设计,结合大型油品存储及转运场所实际案例的危险化学品危险特点,搭建了由机构管理、安全管理基础信息、重大危险源安全管理、双重预防机制体系、特殊作业许可和作业过程管理、智能巡检、人员定位管理、安全管控一张图等8个模块构成的企业安全风险智能化管控平台;建立了安全生产数据监测与预警系统,实现了对生产现场进行安全状况的分析及预测动态风险分析预警,并通过“红橙黄蓝四色图”颜色变化及多形式信息推送等形式,提醒企业相关管理人员采取必要管控措施,从而提高对企业生产现场问题的响应速度,提高各级管理者的管理效率.The basic principles and requirements of the design of the safety risk management and control platform were gived,which were based on"industrial Internet+hazardous chemical safety production and management",as well as the framework and design of the platform.In combination with the hazardous characteristics of hazardous chemicals in the actual cases of large oil storage and transfer sites,it builds a system composed of institutional management,basic information of safety management,safety management of major hazard sources,dual prevention mechanism system,special work permit and operation process management.An enterprise security risk intelligent management and control platform composed of eight modules,including intelligent patrol inspection,personnel positioning management,and security management and control diagram.A safety production data monitoring and early warning system has been established to analyze the safety status of the production site and predict the dynamic risk analysis and early warning.Through the color change of the"red,orange,yellow and blue four color chart"and the multi form information push,the relevant managers of the enterprise have been reminded to take necessary control measures,so as to improve the response speed to the problems on the production site of the enterprise and improve the management efficiency of managers at all levels.
