摘 要:对新型多胺化交联Ni^(2+)印迹壳聚糖衍生物微球(P-C-CTS(Ni))的吸附选择性进行研究,并探讨了柠檬酸根对吸附性能的影响,阐述了吸附机理.结果表明,P-C-CTS(Ni)对水溶液中与模板离子Ni^(2+)直径相当的离子具有良好的吸附选择性.在无柠檬酸根条件下,−H_(2)N:与Ni^(2+)的螯合作用是主要吸附机制;在柠檬酸根存在时,Ni^(2+)的吸附机理和吸附过程十分复杂,并与不同的柠檬酸根配体和Ni^(2+)摩尔比具有重要联系,尤其存在过量Ni^(2+)时,二者对吸附剂中胺基存在竞争吸附,柠檬酸配体会降低吸附剂的吸附能力.With the employment of the molecular imprinting technology,crosslink reactions and polyamination method,the polyaminated cross-linked Ni^(2+)-imprinted chitosan derivative(P-C-CTS(Ni))beads were innovatively prepared.According to the competitive adsorption,P-C-CTS(Ni)possessed good adsorption selectivity for Ni^(2+)in presence of the metal ion whose diameter is larger in aqueous solution due to the Ni^(2+)-imprinted technology was employed.The chelation between−H_(2)N:and Ni^(2+)is the mechanism for Ni^(2+)adsorption in absence of citrate.However,the Ni^(2+)adsorption mechanisms and processes in presence of citrate from aqueous solution were very complicated.The effects of pH and citrate ligands on Ni^(2+)adsorption processes were discussed in detail and the micro-mechanism of adsorption were specified.The solution pH and citrate ligands significantly affect the adsorption of Ni^(2+)onto the P-C-CTS(Ni)adsorbents in both adsorbed quantity and adsorption micro-mechanism.The citrate ligands may decrease the adsorption capacity of the adsorbents due to the competition for the amine groups in adsorbents between the nickel species and citrates.
