摘 要:为探究互花米草入侵背景下增氮对滨海湿地土壤微生物群落组成和多样性的影响,在天津滨海湿地选取互花米草入侵程度不同样地进行模拟增氮实验,研究不同实验处理条件下土壤可培养细菌和真菌数量、群落组成和多样性差异,及其与土壤理化性质间相关关系.结果表明,滨海湿地土壤细菌和真菌数量和多样性均随互花米草入侵程度的增加先升高后降低;细菌数量和多样性随氮输入水平增加而升高,而真菌数量和多样性随氮输入水平增加而降低.相关性分析和冗余分析显示,互花米草入侵和氮输入增加主要通过改变土壤氮含量、pH值和有效磷含量影响滨海湿地土壤微生物数量、群落组成和多样性.研究表明,氮输入增加将在一定程度上缓解互花米草入侵对滨海湿地土壤可培养细菌群落的负面作用,而增强互花米草入侵对滨海湿地土壤可培养真菌群落的不利影响.In order to explore the effects of nitrogen input increase on the composition and diversity of soil microbial communities in coastal wetland under Spartina alterniflora invasion,simulated nitrogen addition experiments were conducted in Tianjin coastal wetland.The differences in the quantities,community composition and diversity of soil culturable bacteria and fungi,and their relationships with soil factors were analyzed.The results showed that the quantities and diversity of bacteria and fungi increased and then decreased with the increase of S.alterniflora invasion.The quantities and diversity of bacteria increased with the increase of nitrogen input level,while the quantities and diversity of fungi decreased with the increase of nitrogen input level.The results of correlation analyses and RDA showed that the invasion of S.alterniflora and the increase of nitrogen input level affected the quantities,community composition and diversity of soil microorganisms in coastal wetland mainly by altering soil nitrogen content,pH,and available phosphorus content.This study indicated that increased nitrogen input would alleviate the negative effects of S.alterniflora invasion on soil culturable bacterial communities,but would strengthen the negative effects of S.alterniflora invasion on soil culturable fungal communities in coastal wetland to some extent.
