摘　　要：新冠疫情对全球的社会经济秩序产生了前所未有的影响,反人口贩运也没能幸免。经济和社会的变化直接导致脆弱人群的增加,并使实施中和计划实施的反贩运干预措施中断或减少,甚至不得不暂停了对人贩子的调查和起诉。而与此同时,人贩子却很快适应了疫情带来的变化,调整了贩运策略,并利用疫情带来的特殊情况谋利。庆幸的是,各国反人口贩运组织经过一段时间的调整,终于找到了适应新形势的方法,重新设计了打击人口贩运的合作方式,以遏制人口贩运的新趋势。The Covid-19 pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on the global socioeconomic order,and anti-human trafficking has not been spared,directly leading to an increase in vulnerable populations,interrupting or reducing ongoing and planned anti-human trafficking interventions,and even suspending the investigation and prosecution of traffickers.At the same time,traffickers have quickly adapted to the change,adjusted their trafficking strategies,and exploited the exceptional circumstances created by the pandemic.Fortunately,anti-human trafficking organizations in various countries have finally found a way to adapt to the new situation and redesigned the way of cooperation against human trafficking to curb it.
