摘　　要：黄芪当归药对是中医学中一对经典的药对,具有补气生血的作用,其中黄芪补气固表,益卫抵邪,可推动血行有通脉之用;当归养血合营,补血活血,保障物质基础,两药合用一走一守共奏补气生血,扶正托毒之功效,可改善下肢血液运行情况,促进侧枝循环建立,减轻临床疼痛症状,促进创面愈合。张朝晖教授擅长应用生黄芪与当归在辨证施治合理配伍后治疗糖尿病足溃疡、糖尿病神经病变、周围血管疾病、慢性难愈性伤口等疮疡疾病,均在临床中取得了良好的疗效。作者有幸跟师学习,收获颇丰,现将其应用黄芪当归药对治疗疮疡疾病经验及配伍用量总结如下,以飨同道。Huangqi(Astragali Radix)-Danggui(Angelica Sinensis Radix)is a pair of classic drug pairs in traditional Chinese medicine, which can replenish Qi and blood.Huangqi(Astragali Radix) can replenish Qi and solidify the exterior, benefit health and resist evils.It can go straight into the middle Jiao and promote the blood circulation of lower limbs.Danggui(Angelica Sinensis Radix)can nourish blood and ensure the material basis.The two drugs play the effects of replenishing Qi and generating blood, and letting out evils, which can improve the blood operation of lower limbs, promote the establishment of collateral circulation, reduce clinical pain symptoms and promote wound healing.Prof.ZHANG Zhaohui is good at using Huangqi(Astragali Radix) and Danggui(Angelica Sinensis Radix) to treat diabetic foot ulcers, diabetic neuropathy, peripheral vascular diseases, chronic wounds and other wound diseases.The author was lucky to learn from Prof.ZHANG and has gained a lot.The experience and compatible dosage of Huangqi(Astragali Radix) and Danggui(Angelica Sinensis Radix) in the treatment of wound diseases were summarized as follows.
