从《四圣心源》看固源清肺法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病

摘　　要：《四圣心源》认为“五脏皆有精,悉受之于肾……五脏皆有气,悉受之于肺,总由土气之所化生也”,在他看来人体的生生不息源于中土的正常运转,中气虚衰致使升降失常是百病的根源[1]。有别于《四圣心源》中轴致病的是,慢阻肺不仅损伤后天之源脾土,同样损伤先天之源肾水。在《四圣心源》思想启发之下,我们提出以“固源清肺法”治疗慢阻肺,健脾以固后天之源,益肾以固先天之源,祛痰以清肺中痰浊,活血以清肺中瘀血,祛热以清肺中伏火,祛邪不忘固本,使祛邪不伤正气,固本勿忘祛邪,使固本不致邪留,标本兼顾,邪祛正安。According to the Sishenxinyuan(A monograph on traditional Chinese medicine),“all the five Zang organs have essence, and all the five Zang organs receive Qi from kidney……all the five Zang organs have Qi, and all the five Zang organs receive Qi from lung, which is always generated by spleen”.In his view, the continuous growth of the human body comes from the normal operation of spleen, and the abnormal ascending and descending caused by spleen deficiency is the root of all diseases.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is a common chronic consumptive respiratory disease.Different from Sishenxinyuan,COPD not only damages spleen, but also damages kidney.Inspired by the thought of in Sishengxinyuan,we propose to treat COPD with the method of “consolidating source and clearing lung”,strengthening spleen to consolidate the acquired root, benefiting kidney to consolidate the congenital root, eliminating phlegm to clear phlegm turbidity in lung, promoting blood circulation to clear blood stasis in lung, removing heat to clear latent fire in lung, expelling pathogenic factors without forgetting to consolidate root, expelling pathogenic factors without injuring the vital energy, consolidating root without forgetting to the expel pathogenic factors.
