复方精油结合刮痧疗法治疗非细菌感染性小儿高热效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探究复方精油结合刮痧疗法治疗非细菌感染性小儿高热效果。方法 纳入非细菌感染性高热患儿合计112例(2019年3月—2021年5月),将患儿分成两组,对照组56例患儿冰袋降温+口服布洛芬混悬液治疗,观察组56例患儿治疗方法同对照组+复方精油刮痧疗法治疗,比较两组患儿疗效、开始退热时间、解热时间及完全退热时间、治疗前后患儿中医证候(高热、咳嗽、疲乏、食少纳呆、呕吐腹泻等)积分变化、不良反应。结果 较观察组[96.43%(54/56)],对照组患儿有效率[85.71%(48/56)]较低,P<0.05;与观察组相比,对照组患儿开始退热时间、解热时间及完全退热时间更长,P<0.01;治疗前,两组患儿中医证候(高热、咳嗽、疲乏、食少纳呆、呕吐腹泻等)积分比较,P>0.05,治疗后各组患儿中医证候(高热、咳嗽、疲乏、食少纳呆、呕吐腹泻等)积分均降低,观察组患儿治疗后中医证候(高热、咳嗽、疲乏、食少纳呆、呕吐腹泻等)积分低于对照组患儿,P<0.05;观察组与对照组患儿不良反应率均较低,分别为0.00%、3.57%(2/56),P>0.05。结论 复方精油结合刮痧疗法治疗非细菌感染性小儿高热效果显著,可一定程度提升患儿临床疗效,改善患儿病情,促进患儿退热,不良反应少,安全可靠,值得应用。Objective To explore the effect of compound essential oil combined with scraping therapy on non-bacterial infective children with high fever.Methods A total of 112 children with non-bacterial infection with high fever were included(March 2019 to May 2021).The children were divided into two groups.The control group(56 children) were treated with ice pack cooling+oral ibuprofen suspension, and the observation group(56 children) were treated with the same treatment method as the control group+compound essential oil scrubbing therapy.The therapeutic effect, the time of initial antipyretic, antipyretic and complete antipyretic, the scores of TCM syndromes(high fever, cough, fatigue, lack of food and tolerance, vomiting and diarrhea, etc.) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with that of the observation group(96.43%),the effective rate(85.71%) of the control group was lower(P<0.05).Compared with that of the observation group, the time of beginning, relieving and complete abatement of fever in the control group was longer(P<0.01).Before treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes(high fever, cough, fatigue, low food intake, vomiting and diarrhea, etc.) in the two groups were not significant(P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes(high fever, cough, fatigue, low food intake, vomiting and diarrhea, etc.) in the two groups were decreased.After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes(high fever, cough, fatigue, lack of food and absorption, vomiting and diarrhea, etc.) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rates in the observation group and control group were 0.00% and 3.57%,respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound essential oil combined with scraping therapy in the treatment of non-bacterial infection of children with high fever has significant effect, and can improve the clinical efficacy of children to a certain extent, improve the condition of children and promote children with antipyretic,
