金藤麻黄方敷贴对类风湿关节炎患者疗效、血清炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究金藤麻黄方敷贴对类风湿关节炎患者疗效、血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法 纳入2018年5月—2020年5月类风湿关节炎患者82例,以随机数字表法分为两组,对照组与观察组各41例。对照组患者常规西医治疗(塞来昔布胶囊、来氟米特片、白芍总苷胶囊、甲氨蝶呤片),观察组患者治疗同对照组,同时结合金藤麻黄方敷贴治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛评分(视觉模拟疼痛评分法,VAS)、关节炎指数(AI)评分、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)、血沉(ESR)水平、健康评定量表(HAQ)评分变化及不良反应。结果 与观察组95.12%(39/41)比较,对照组总有效率80.49%(33/41)较低,P<0.05;治疗前,两组患者VAS及AI评分、CRP及RF、ESR水平、HAQ评分比较,P>0.05,治疗后各组患者VAS及AI评分、CRP及RF、ESR水平、HAQ评分均改善,观察组患者治疗后VAS及AI评分、CRP及RF、ESR水平、HAQ评分优于对照组,P<0.05;对照组不良反应3例(7.32%),观察组不良反应2例(4.88%),P>0.05。结论 金藤麻黄方敷贴治疗类风湿关节炎效果良好,患者症状显著改善,恢复较好,且患者生活质量提升,本次治疗不良反应少,安全性较高,值得应用。Objective To explore the effect of Jinteng Mahuang Formula(金藤麻黄方)application on patients with rheumatoid arthritis and the influence on serum inflammatory factors.Methods Eighty-two patients with rheumatoid arthritis(May 2018 to May 2020),according to the random number table method,were divided into control group and observation group(41 cases in each group).The patients of the control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment(Celecoxib Capsules,Leflunomide Tablets,Radix Paeoniae Alba Total Glycosides Capsules,Methotrexate Tablets).The observation group added Jinteng Mahuang Formula application.The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the pain scores of patients before and after treatment were compared.The visual analog pain scoring method(VAS),arthritis index(AI),serum C-reactive protein(CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),health assessment questionnaire(HAQ)score and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results Compared with that(95.12%)of the observation group,the total effective rate(80.49%)of control group was lower(P<0.05).Before treatment,VAS and AI scores,levels of CRP,RF and ESR and HAQ scores in two groups were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS and AI scores,levels of CRP,RF and ESR and HAQ scores in two groups were improved.After treatment,VAS and AI scores,levels of CRP,RF and ESR and HAQ scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were 3 adverse reactions in the control group(7.32%)and 2 adverse reactions in the observation group(4.88%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Jinteng Mahuang Formula has a good effect on treating rheumatoid arthritis.The patients′symptoms have been significantly improved,the recovery is better,and the patients′quality of life has been improved.This treatment has fewer adverse reactions,higher safety,and is worthy of application.
