利胃护肠汤联合胆宁片对胆囊切除术后胃肠功能恢复的疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨利胃护肠汤联合胆宁片用于腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后胃肠功能恢复的疗效分析。方法 选取我院收治的腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后患者120例,随机分为两组各60例。对照组患者给予胆宁片,治疗组在对照组基础上给予利胃护肠汤,两组均持续治疗5d。对比两组患者的临床疗效、排便时间、排气时间、住院时间、进食时间及肠梗阻发生率及血清MTL和GAS水平变化、并发症发生情况。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率较高(P<0.05);治疗组排便时间、排气时间、住院时间、进食时间及肠梗阻发生率明显较低(P<0.05);治疗前两组血清MTL和GAS水平无差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组血清MTL和GAS水平显著降低(P<0.05);并且治疗组降低较多(P<0.05)。结论 利胃护肠汤联合胆宁片用于腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后有助于患者胃肠功能恢复,可改善血清MTL和GAS水平。Objective To investigate the effect of Liwei Huchang Decoction(利胃护肠汤)combined with Danning Tablet on gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was given Danning Tablets,and the treatment group was given Liwei Huchang Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 5 days.The clinical efficacy,defecation time,exhaust time,hospital stay,feeding time,incidence of intestinal obstruction,changes in serum levels of motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS),and incidence of complications were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher(P<0.05).The defecation time,exhaust time,hospitalization time,feeding time and the incidence of intestinal obstruction in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum levels of MTL or GAS between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of MTL and GAS in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).And the treatment group had more decrease(P<0.05).Conclusion Liwei Huchang Decoction combined with Danning Tablets can help patients recover gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and improve serum levels of MTL and GAS.
