益气温阳、通窍止涕方治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效及对血清IgE、EOS的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨益气温阳、通窍止涕方联合西医治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效及对血清IgE、嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)的影响。方法 将2019年1月—2020年12月收治的120例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分成对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,研究组另给予益气温阳、通窍止涕方联合治疗,持续4周。观察两组治疗前后主要症状积分和血清IgE、EOS计数变化,并比较临床疗效和随访6个月复发情况。结果 治疗4周后,两组“喷嚏”“清涕”“鼻痒”和“鼻塞”症状积分以及血清IgE、EOS水平有明显下降(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组治疗后上述指标下降更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率91.67%(55/60)高于对照组76.67%(46/60),随访6个月复发率9.09%(5/55)低于对照组23.91%(11/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 益气温阳、通窍止涕方能有效缓解过敏性鼻炎的临床症状,降低血清IgE、EOS水平,且能减少复发,临床效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Wenyang,Tongqiao Zhiti Decoction(益气温阳、通窍止涕方)combined with Western medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and its influence on serum IgE and eosinophil(EOS).Methods A total of 120 patients with allergic rhinitis from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with Yiqi Wenyang,Tongqiao Zhiti Decoction for 4 weeks.The main symptom scores,serum IgE and EOS counts were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy and recurrence were compared after 6 months of follow-up.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the symptom scores of“sneezing”,“clear snivel”,“itchy nose”and“stuffy nose”,serum IgE and EOS in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,the above indicators in the study group decreased more significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 91.67%,which was higher than 76.67%of the control group.The recurrence rate of the follow-up 6 months was 9.09%,which was lower than 23.91%of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Wenyang,Tongqiao Zhiti Decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of allergic rhinitis,reduce the serum IgE and EOS,and can reduce the recurrence.The clinical effect is remarkable.
