摘　　要：目的 探究益肾健脾祛风除湿汤结合穴位敷贴对系统性红斑狼疮肾炎患者肾功能、生活质量的影响。方法 将纳入系统性红斑狼疮肾炎患者66例(2017年5月—2019年4月)分为观察组与对照组(随机数字表法),对照组(33例)常规护理干预,观察组(33例)常规干预基础上联合益肾健脾祛风除湿汤及穴位敷贴干预。比较两组患者干预后临床疗效、干预前后中医症状积分及系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动度评分(SLEDAI)评分、肝功能指标变化、免疫功能指标变化、抗双链DNA(ds-DNA)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平变化、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分变化。结果 观察组有效率96.97%(32/33)较对照组78.79%(26/33)更高,P<0.05;两组患者干预前中医症状积分、SLEDAI评分、24 h尿蛋白、尿素氮(BUN)及肌酐(SCr)等肝功能指标、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、补体C_(3)、C_(4)等免疫指标、ds-DNA及D-D水平、WHOQOL-BREF评分相当,P>0.05,干预后各组患者中医症状积分、SLEDAI评分、24 h尿蛋白、BUN、SCr、IgG、C_(3)、 C_(4)、ds-DNA及D-D、WHOQOL-BREF评分等指标均改善,观察组患者干预后中医症状积分、SLEDAI评分、24 h尿蛋白、BUN、SCr、IgG、C_(3)、C_(4)、ds-DNA及D-D、WHOQOL-BREF评分等指标均优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者满意率96.97%(32/33)高于对照组75.76%(25/33),P<0.05。结论 益肾健脾祛风除湿汤结合穴位敷贴对系统性红斑狼疮肾炎患者具有积极影响,患者疗效提升,症状改善,肾功能恢复良好,生活质量改善,满意率高。Objective To explore the effect of Yishen Jianpi Qufeng Chushi Decoction(益肾健脾祛风除湿汤)combined with acupoint application on renal function and quality of life in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis.Methods Sixty-six patients with systemic lupus erythematous nephritis(May 2017 to April 2019)were included,and the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group(random number table method).Thirty-three patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and the other thirty-three patients in the observation group were treated with Yishen Jianpi Qufeng Chushi Decoction and acupoint application intervention on the basis of routine intervention.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score and systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity score(SLEDAI)before and after the intervention,changes in liver function indexes,immune function indexes,anti double stranded DNA(ds-DNA),D-Dimer(D-D)levels,and WHO quality of life scale(WHO-BREF)scores were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with that of the control group(78.79%),the effective rate of observation group(96.97%)was higher(P<0.05).Before intervention,TCM symptom score,SLEDAI score,liver function indexes such as 24 h urinary protein,urea nitrogen(BUN)and creatinine(Scr),immune indexes such as immunoglobulin G(IgG),complement C_(3) and C_(4),DS-DNA and D-D levels and WHOQOL-BREF score in two groups were similar(P>0.05).After intervention,TCM symptom score,SLEDAI score,24 h urinary protein,BUN,Scr,IgG,C_(3),C_(4),DS-DNA and D-D,WHOQOL-BREF score and other indexes were improved in each group.After intervention,TCM symptom score,SLEDAI score,24 h urinary protein,BUN,Scr,IgG,C_(3),C_(4),DS-DNA and D-D,WHOQOL-BREF score in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group(96.97%)was higher than that(75.76%)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Jianpi Qufeng Chushi Decoction combined with acupoint application has a positi
