乳宁颗粒联合他莫昔芬治疗乳腺增生临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨乳宁颗粒联合他莫昔芬治疗乳腺增生的疗效及对激素的影响。方法 120例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组单用他莫昔芬治疗,观察组加用乳宁颗粒,连续服用2个月经周期(经期停服)。比较两组患者疗效,乳房疼痛VAS评分,乳房肿块大小、激素水平(P、E_(2)、PRL)和患者满意度,记录不良反应。结果 观察组总有效率和满意度分别为90.0%(54/60)和91.7%(55/60),高于对照组的63.3%(38/60)和70.0%(42/60)(P<0.05)。治疗后,组间相比,观察组VAS评分、乳房肿块大小、血清E_(2)及PRL含量低于对照组,P含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率相近。结论 乳宁颗粒联合他莫昔芬治疗乳腺增生安全且有效,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Runing Granules(乳宁颗粒)combined with tamoxifen on breast hyperplasia and the impacts on hormones.Methods A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and study group(60 cases).The control group was treated with tamoxifen and the study group was treated with Runing Granules additionally.Both groups were treated for 2 menstrual cycles(withdrawal during menstruation).The clinical effects,breast visual analogue score(VAS)score,breast lump size,hormone levels[progesterone(P),estradiol(E_(2))and prolactin(PRL)]and patients satisfaction were compared.The adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rate and patient satisfaction was 90.0%and 91.7%in study group,respectively,both were higher than those in control group(63.3%,70.0%)(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with those of the control group,the breast VAS score,breast lump size,serum levels of E_(2) and PRL were lower,and serum level of P was higher in the study group(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of adverse reactions was similar in both groups.Conclusion Runing Granules combined with tamoxifen are effective and safe for breast hyperplasia,and are worthy of widely clinical use.
