复方血栓通胶囊联合玻璃体腔注射康柏西普和532nm激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察复方血栓通胶囊联合玻璃体腔抗VEGF和532nm激光对视网膜分支静脉阻塞患者视功能及黄斑区厚度的影响。方法 将76例视网膜分支静脉阻塞患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例,对照组接受玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合532 nm激光治疗,观察组接受复方血栓通胶囊联合玻璃体腔注射康柏西普和532 nm激光治疗。观察两组治疗后的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心视网膜厚度(CMT)变化,记录视力变化。结果 治疗后观察组视力总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。随访1、3、6个月,观察组、对照组视网膜黄斑区厚度较治疗前明显变薄;并且观察组视网膜黄斑区厚度变化明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论 对于视网膜分支静脉阻塞患者,口服复方血栓通胶囊联合玻璃体腔抗VEGF和532 nm激光在改善视功能、降低视网膜黄斑区厚度效果更显著。Objective To observe the effect of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule(复方血栓通胶囊)combined with intravitreal anti vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and 532 nm laser on visual function and macular thickness in patients with branch retinal vein occlusion.Methods Seventy-six patients with branch retinal vein occlusion were randomly divided into control group and observation group,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravitreal injection of conbercept combined with 532 nm laser,and the observation group was treated with Compound Xueshuantong Capsule combined with intravitreal injection of conbercept and 532 nm laser.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and macular central retinal thickness(CMT)of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results The total effective rate of vision in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1,3 and 6 months of follow-up,the macular thickness of the observation group and the control group was significantly thinner than that before treatment.And the macular thickness of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05)and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion For patients with branch retinal vein occlusion,oral Compound Xueshuantong Capsule combined with intravitreal anti VEGF and 532 nm laser can improve visual function and reduce macular thickness.
