颈七针结合郑氏手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的 评价颈七针结合郑氏手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 依据随机数字表法将114例神经根型颈椎病分为研究组和对照组,每组57例。对照组采用“颈七针”配合常规推拿手法治疗,研究组在采用对照组治疗方案的同时,结合郑氏手法治疗,共治疗14 d,隔1天1次。比较两组治疗疗效、治疗前后McGill疼痛问卷评分、NDI及椎间孔挤压试验阳性率,治疗前后血流流变学指标变化。结果 研究结果显示,研究组治疗总有效率为92.98%高于对照组治疗总有效率的78.95%(P<0.05);研究组治疗后McGill疼痛问卷评分、NDI及椎间孔挤压试验阳性率均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血流流变学指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 颈七针结合郑氏手法可以有效缓解神经根型颈椎病患者的临床症状,改善颈椎局部血流状态,提高治疗疗效。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of neck seven needles combined with Zheng′s manipulation technique in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.Methods Based on the randomized controlled method, 114 cases of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomly divided into the research group and the control group, 57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with neck seven needles combined with conventional Tuina.The research group was treated with Zheng′s manipulation technique while using the treatment scheme of the control group, a total of 14 d treatment, once a day.The curative effect, McGill Pain Questionnaire score before and after treatment, Neck Disability Index(NDI) and intervertebral foramen extrusion test positive rate, and changes of blood rheology indexes before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Results The results showed that the total effective rate of the research group was 92.98%,higher than that(78.95%) of the control group(P<0.05).Team McGill Pain Questionnaire score, NDI and intervertebral foramen extrusion test positive rate after treatment in the research group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The blood rheological indexes in the research group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Neck seven needles with Zheng′s manipulation technique can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, improve the local blood flow state of cervical vertebra of patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type and improve the curative effect.
