古田会议决议与六大党章关系探析

摘　　要：学界有一种观点认为,古田会议决议一度代替六大党章,起到了临时党章的作用。中共六大党章固然存在着一定的不足,可是,古田会议决议无论从架构还是内容来讲都不能替代六大党章。但同时不可否认,古田会议决议与之后中共六届六中全会关于党规党法的相关文件,对六大党章是重要补充,有利于中共七大制定出更加完善的党章。There is a view in the academic community that the Resolution of the Gutian Conference once replaced the party constitution of the 6th national congress of the CPC and served as a temporary party constitution.It is true that there are some shortcomings in the party constitution of the 6th national congress of the CPC.However,the Resolution of the Gutian Conference cannot replace the Party Constitution of the 6th national congress of the CPC in terms of structure and content.But at the same time,it is undeniable that the resolution of the Gutian Conference and the relevant documents of the 6th plenary session of 6th CPC central committee on party rules and laws were important supplements to the party constitution of the 6th national congress of the CPC,and were conducive to the formulation of a better Party Constitution at the 7th national congress of the CPC.
