摘 要:目的:运用功能磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)技术,比较针刺干预前后静息态相关脑皮层功能连接变化,探讨针刺臂臑穴对脑功能影响的机制。方法:选择健康志愿者30人,先后作为针刺假臂臑穴组和针刺臂臑穴组进行针刺干预下的功能磁共振扫描。Siemens Avantol3.0T磁共振成像仪进行fMRI扫描,Matalab平台DPABI软件进行rs-fMRI数据处理与分析,以中央后回、丘脑、扣带回、颞下回作为种子点,采用种子区方法分析种子点与全脑的功能链接。结果:在针刺健康受试者假臂臑穴和臂臑穴的配对T检验中,丘脑、扣带回、颞下回分别于全脑的功能链接,均表现出针刺臂臑穴针刺的显著性强于针刺假臂臑穴。结论:针刺臂臑穴能增强丘脑、扣带回、颞下回的功能连接。Objective:To compare the changes in functional connections of cerebral cortex at resting after needling at Binao(LI14)by applying fMRI technology,and to discuss the mechanism of the effects of needling Binao on cerebral function.Methods:All 30 healthy volunteers were chosen as the sham Binao group and acupuncture at Binao group,to conduct fMRI scan after acupuncture intervention.Siemens Avantol 3.0T MRI was used to perform fMRI scan,and Matalab platform DPABI software to process and analyze rs-fMRI data,with the posterior central gyrus,thalamus,cingulate gyrus and inferior temporal gyrus as seed points,the functional links between seed points and the whole brain were analyzed by the seed region method.Results:In the paired t-test of acupuncture at sham Binao and Binao in healthy subjects,the functional links of thalamus,cingulate gyrus and inferior temporal gyrus to the whole brain showed that acupuncture at brachial point was more significant than acupuncture at sham Binao.Conclusion:Needling at Binao could enhance the functional links of thalamus,cingulate gyrus and inferior temporal gyrus.
