摘　　要：查阅近年来相关研究文献,归纳、总结针刀治疗膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的施术部位,发现针刀治疗膝骨关节炎的施术部位和作用机制之间的关联性,并从临床观察和实验研究两个角度论证针刀治疗膝骨关节炎的有效性和科学性。By consulting the relevant research literautre in the recent years,concluding and summarizing the operation sites of treating KOA by acupotomy,the paper surveyed the relation between the operation sites and mechanism of the treatment,states the effectiveness and scientificity of the treatment from the angles of clinical observation and experimental study.
