摘　　要：目的分析某部队医院血液透析室使用改进新型洗手台对护理人员手卫生和护理质量管理的影响。方法于福建省某部队医院血液透析室洗手台改进前后分别对科室内30名护理人员进行调查,比较对照组(改造前的传统洗手台)和观察组(改造后的新型洗手台)护理人员对基础配置满意度、消毒剂和洗手液使用情况、护理管理质量的统计学差异。结果观察组对洗手设施、非手触式手龙头、干手装置配置的满意度人数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组速干型手消毒剂的月使用总量和月人均使用频次、洗手液的月使用总量和月人均使用频次高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理管理质量的消毒隔离、无菌操作、规范吸收、感染认知评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析室推广应用改进型洗手台有助于提升护理人员手卫生情况,进而提升护理管理质量。Objective The influence of using improved new washbasin on hand hygiene and nursing quality management of nursing staff was analyzed,in the hemodialysis room of a military hospital.Methods With the repeated investigation of 30 nurses in the hemodialysis room of a military hospital in Fujian Province before and after the improvement of the washbasin,the statistical differences between the control group(the traditional washbasin before improvement)and the observation group(the improved washbasin after improvement)were compared in terms of the satisfaction with the basic configuration,the use of disinfectants and hand sanitizers,and the quality of nursing management.Results The satisfaction rates of nursing staff in the observation group for configuration of hand washing facilities,non touch faucets,disposable hand wipes and hand dryers were higher than those in the control group;The monthly total usage and monthly per capita usage frequency for quick drying hand disinfectants and hand sanitizers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;The scores of disinfection and isolation,sterile operation,standardized absorption and infection cognition of nursing management quality of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The popularization and application of improved washbasin in hemodialysis room will help to improve the hand hygiene of nursing staff through the improvement of hardware settings,and then improve the quality of nursing management.
