摘 要:感染性疾病是一类常见的临床疾病。临床微生物室鉴定病原体物种与耐药性结果对治疗感染性疾病有重要指导作用,但传统培养耗时长、阳性率低,远不能满足临床需求,三代测序(TGS)技术采用不依赖于培养的鉴定方法,直接对DNA或RNA进行测序,耗时短、读长较长、体积袖珍,在临床微生物鉴定、耐药性判断和传染性疾病监控中发挥重要作用,是未来微生物室内与床旁检测病原体的重要发展方向。With infectious diseases as a kind of common clinical diseases,the identification of pathogen species and drug resistance results in the clinical microbiology laboratory play crucial roles in guiding the treatment of infectious diseases.However,with shortcomings such as long time consuming and low positive rate,the clinical needs cannot be met in traditional culture.Three generation sequencing(TGS)technology,as a culture independent identification method,can directly sequence DNA or RNA.With the advantages of short time,long reading length and small size,TGS plays an important role in clinical microbial identification,drug resistance judgment and infectious disease monitoring.In addition,TGS will be an important development direction of pathogens detection in the microbial laboratory and bedside in the future.
