广痛消泡沫气雾剂治疗混合痔术后肛门疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察并评估广痛消泡沫气雾剂在混合痔术后止痛、减少止痛药使用、消肿、促愈合的功效。方法选取2020年3月—2020年8月期间在北京中医药大学东直门医院肛肠科行住院手术的90例混合痔患者,按1∶1∶1比例随机分为治疗组、对照组和空白组,每组各30例。治疗组予以广痛消泡沫气雾剂治疗,对照组予以复方多粘菌素B软膏治疗,空白组予以凡士林治疗。治疗21 d后,观察比较3组患者混合痔术后疼痛程度、止痛药物应用情况、水肿和创面愈合等指标。结果止痛方面,广痛消泡沫气雾剂疗效优于对照组和空白组。具体表现为,静息状态下,广痛消泡沫气雾剂在术后第1、2、3天止痛效果优于对照组和空白组,术后第7天止痛效果优于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者排便时,广痛消泡沫气雾剂在术后第2、3、7天止痛效果优于对照组和空白组,术后第14天止痛效果优于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。止痛药物使用方面,广痛消泡沫气雾剂在术后第1、2、3天止痛药使用积分低于对照组与空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。预防水肿方面,广痛消泡沫气雾剂在术后第2、5天减轻创缘水肿方面优于对照组与空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。伤口愈合方面,术后第21天广痛消泡沫气雾剂创面愈合情况优于对照组和空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论广痛消泡沫气雾剂能够安全有效地减轻外剥内扎术后伤口疼痛、预防术后创缘水肿,促进创面的愈合,减少止痛药的使用。Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy of Guangtongxiao Foam Aerosol in relieving pain,reducing the use of analgesics,reducing swelling and promoting healing after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent surgery in the Department of Proctology of Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to August 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group,control group and blank group according to the ratio of 1∶1∶1,with 30 in each group.The treatment group,control group and blank group were given Guangtongxiao Foam Aerosol,compound polymyxin B ointment and petroleum jelly,respectively.After 21 days of treatment,the degree of pain,use of analgesics,swelling,wound healing and other indexes in the three groups after mixed hemorrhoid surgery were observed and evaluated.Results In terms of relieving pain,the treatment group presented better efficacy than the control group and the blank group.Specifically,the analgesic effect of Guangtongxiao Foam Aerosol in the resting state was better than that of compound polymyxin B ointment and petroleum jelly in the first three days after surgery,and the analgesic effect on the 7thday after surgery was superior to that of petroleum jelly(P<0.05);when patients defecated,Guangtongxiao Foam Aerosol better relieved the pain of patients on the 2nd,3rdand 7thdays after surgery than the two drugs,and the analgesic effect on the 14thday after surgery was superior to that of petroleum jelly(P<0.05).In reducing the use of analgesics,the treatment group had lower score in taking analgesics in the first three days after surgery than the control group and the blank group(P<0.05).In terms of preventing swelling,the treatment group excelledthe control group and the blank group in alleviation of wound edge swelling on the 2ndand 5thdays after surgery(P<0.05).From the aspect of wound healing,the treatment group excelled the other two groups on the 21stday after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Guangtongxiao Foam Aer
