倪青教授运用藿朴夏苓汤治疗2型糖尿病的经验

摘　　要：藿朴夏苓汤出自《医原·湿气论》,全方由11味药物组成,原方用以治疗湿温初起,湿重于热者。倪青教授从病证结合角度,认为藿朴夏苓汤方证病因在于“湿”,病变脏腑多在中焦脾胃。患者多以超重或肥胖、倦怠乏力、纳食不香、食后困倦、小便混浊、下肢水肿、大便黏腻为主症,舌苔表现为苔白厚腻或微黄而腻。从病证结合的角度,倪青教授认为2型糖尿病各个发展阶段患者,只要以脾失健运、湿浊内蕴为关键病机,均可选用藿朴夏苓汤为基本方加减,根据糖尿病的不同阶段可对于处方进行化裁。Huopo Xialing Decoction,originating from Bases of Medicine·Dampness Qi,is composed of 11 medicinals,which expels dampness pathogen by resolving dampness with aromatic medicinals,drying dampness with bitter and warm medicinals,and eliminating dampness with bland medicinals.The original prescription is destined to treatdampness-warmness diseases at the early stage and preponderance of dampness over heat.According to the disease and syndrome,Professor Ni Qing believes thatthis prescription mainly targets“dampness”and diseases in zang-fu organs,particularly the spleen and stomach in the middle energizer.Patients mainly show the symptoms of overweight or obesity,fatigue and lack of strength,anorexia,sleepiness after meals,turbid urine,edema of lower limbs,sticky stool,and thick greasy tongue coating.The diagnosis is mainly based on the tongue texture and the tongue coating is white,thick and greasy or yellowish and greasy.According tothe disease and syndrome,Professor Ni Qing believes that Huopo Xialing Decoction can be modified and used in each stage of type 2 diabetes in the instance that the key pathogenesis is dysfunction of spleen in transportation and dampness-turbidity accumulation.
