摘　　要：明代医学家万全提出“小儿脾常不足”,李杲于《脾胃论》中强调“脾胃不足,为百病之始”。我国东北独特的饮食文化,造成东北地域的少年儿童多因痰湿困脾,累及诸脏致病。杨丽珍教授在继承历代医家学术思想的同时,结合自身临证感悟,提出从“顾护脾胃”辨证论治儿科常见病,临床强调“治虚多从脾来论,攻邪切记护脾胃”,往往取得良效。文中基于“顾护脾胃”理论,结合临床典型病案,探讨杨丽珍教授辨证论治儿科疾病的学术思想以及临床经验,以丰富现代中医儿科理论及实践。Wan Quan,a medical expert in Ming Dynasty,put forward that children′s spleen is often deficient.Li Gao emphasized in his Treatise on Spleen and Stomach that spleen-stomach deficiency leads to various diseases.Due to the unique diet culture,children in Northeast China mostly present phlegm-dampness obstructing spleen,which involveszang-organs and causes diseases.Inheriting the academic thoughts of ancient doctors and combining her own clinical experience,professor Yang Lizhen proposes to treat common clinical pediatric diseases by protecting spleen and stomach based on syndrome differentiation.In clinical practice,she emphasizes that spleen is the key to the treatment of deficiency,andwe should protect spleen and stomach while attacking pathogenic factors,which has achieved desirable effect.On the basis of protecting spleen and stomach,this paper discussed professor Yang′s important academic thoughts and clinical experience in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of pediatric disease by typical clinical cases,so as to enrich the theory and practice of Modern Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
