摘  要:在梳理美国天才儿童协会与美国特殊儿童委员会联合颁布的《超常儿童教育教师准备标准》和《高阶超常儿童教育教师准备标准》内容构成基础之上,从专业知识、教学技能、社会沟通以及职业价值观等方面对其内涵进行深入解读与利弊分析。基于此,结合我国超常儿童教育发展现状与需求,为我国超常儿童教育教师培养提出以下建议:(1)重视教师的职前教育质量,促进融合教育环境中普通班教师超常儿童教育专业素养的提升;(2)大力培养超常儿童教育专职教师,为开展超常儿童教育教学储备高质量的教师资源;(3)充分发挥专家型教师的引领作用,在教育督导制度中增设超常儿童教育督导岗位。On the basis of sorting out the contents of the Teacher Preparation Standards in Gifted and Talented Education and Advanced Standards in Gifted Education Teacher Preparation jointly issued by the National Association for Gifted Children and the Council for Exceptional Children of America,this paper makes an in-depth interpretation and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of its connotation from the aspects of professional knowledge,teaching skills,social communication and professional values.In combination with the current situation and needs of the development of training and education for gifted and talented children in China,the following suggestions are put forward for the training of teachers for gifted and talented children:1)Attaching importance to teachers’preservice training and improving the gifted and talented education skills of inclusive education teachers;2)Cultivating teachers for gifted and talented education to reserve teacher resources;3)Giving full play to the leading role of expert teachers,and adding gifted and talented education supervisory posts in the education supervision system.
