摘 要:为明确核桃炭疽病的发病规律及与其环境因子的相关关系,采用实地调查、室内检测和实时监测的方法,明确了河北邢台核桃炭疽病病菌主要以菌丝和分生孢子的形式在树上枝条、枯枝、落叶和土壤中越冬;4月下旬叶片开始发病,5月中旬果实开始发病,8月为发病高峰期,8月中旬田间分生孢子量达到顶峰,后缓慢降低。叶片和果实病情指数与气温、相对空气湿度及降雨量等气象因子极显著相关。To clarify the occurrence of walnut anthracnose and its correlation with environmental factors, we carried out the field investigations, indoor tests, and real-time monitoring in Xingtai, Hebei province. The pathogen mainly overwintered in the form of mycelium and conidia in living or dead branches, fallen leaves, and soil. Leaf symptoms started in late April and fruit symptoms started in mid-May, with the peak of disease incidence in August. The number of conidia reached a peak in mid-August and then decreased slowly. The disease index of leaves and fruits was significantly correlated with meteorological factors such as temperature, relative air humidity, and precipitation.
