摘  要:为明确辽宁稻区稻曲病发生特点和稻曲病对水稻产量的影响,给稻曲病综合防控提供科学依据,在2017—2021年开展稻曲病田间调查研究。供试水稻盐丰228单穗病粒以1粒最多,占病穗的46.66%,病穗以1~5病粒占绝大多数,总计占比92.70%。并对近5年200个辽宁主栽粳稻稻曲病抗性鉴定结果进行比对,辽宁主栽粳稻病穗也以1粒最多,占48.19%,1~5病粒的病穗占比92.53%,辽宁稻曲病发生主要以低病情级别为主,和其他地区稻曲病发生特点明显不同。病粒主要出现在稻穗的中部,上部和下部出现频率较低。单穗病粒数与千粒重、穗重、实粒数均存在极显著负相关,与秕粒率呈极显著正相关。通过主成分因子分析表明稻曲病对水稻产量损失是通过结实率降低引起的。To clarify the occurrence characteristics of rice false smut in the field in Liaoning province and the yield loss it caused, and provide a scientific reference for diseases prevention and control, we carried out field investigations from 2017 to 2021. The survey results of Yanfeng 228 showed that panicles with a single diseased grain accounted for 46.66% of the total diseased panicles, and panicles with one to five diseased grains accounted for 92.70% of the total. In addition, we compared the resistance data of 200 rice cultivars in Liaoning in the past five years, in which the percentage of panicles with single diseased grain was 48.19% and panicles with no more than five diseased grains accounted for 92.53%.Differeing from other regions, the severity of rice false smut in Liaoning was mainly at a low level. The diseased grains mainly appeared in the middle of the panicle, with lower frequency in the upper and lower parts. There was a significantly negative correlation between the number of diseased grains per panicle and 1000-grain weight, panicle weight, and filled grain numbers, and a significant positive correlation between the number of diseased grains per panicle and blighted grain rate. Principal component analysis showed that rice false smut caused yield loss by decreasing the seed setting rate.
