摘　　要：[目的]探讨健胃消食口服液对功能性消化不良患儿血清神经肽Y(NPY)水平、摄食情况的影响。[方法]按随机数字表法将确诊并进行治疗的104例功能性消化不良患儿随机分入研究组和对照组,各52例。对照组给予多潘立酮片+双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加用健胃消食口服液治疗。比较2组患儿临床疗效、不良反应发生率以及2组治疗前后血清NPY、胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)水平与临床症状积分。[结果]研究组患儿临床治疗总有效率(96.15%)明显优于对照组(78.85%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组血清NPY、MOT、GAS水平均较治疗前明显升高,与对照组比较,研究组血清NPY、MOT、GAS水平更高(P<0.05);治疗后,2组餐后饱胀、早饱、上腹部疼痛、腹部烧灼感等临床症状积分均较治疗前明显降低,与对照组比较,研究组各症状积分更低(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(7.69%)明显低于对照组(15.38%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]健胃消食口服液治疗功能性消化不良患儿有较显著的临床疗效,可有效调节胃肠激素水平,缓解患儿临床症状,具有较高的安全性,值得临床应用。[Objective]To investigate the effect of jianwei xiaoshi oral liquid on serum neuropeptide Y(NPY)levels and food intake in children with functional dyspepsia.[Methods]According to the random number table, 104 children with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into the study group and the control group(52 cases in each group).The patients in the control group were treated with domperidone tablets plus Bifidobacterium triple viable cells capsule, while those in the study group were additionally treated with Jianweixiaoshi oral liquid.The clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions and serum NPY,motilin(MOT),gastrin(GAS)levels and clinical symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.[Results]The total effective rate of 96.15% in the treatment group was obviously superior to 78.85% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the serum NPY,MOT and GAS levels of the two groups were significantly increased, and compared with the control group, the serum NPY,MOT and GAS levels of the research group were higher(P<0.05).After treatment, the clinical symptom scores of postprandial fullness, early satiety, upper abdominal pain, and abdominal burning sensation in the two groups were significantly reduced, and the symptom scores in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(7.69%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(15.38%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Jianweixiaoshi oral liquid can achieve significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in children.It not only can effectively regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormones and relieve clinical symptoms in children, but also has high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
